Refund policy
Goods sold are not refundable. However, they may be exchanged for other products within 14 days, if the purchase is made within Singapore or delivered to a location within Singapore.
The exchange must be done by visiting our retail store in person, with a prior appointment. If the value of the product you wish to exchange your purchase for ("Exchanged Product") is higher than the value of your purchase, the difference in price must be paid for. If the value of the Exchanged Product is lower than the value of your purchase, the difference will not be returned to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be deemed by us to be in the same condition that you received it or unused and in its original packaging; the condition of the product and packaging must be deemed by us to be in a condition which another customer can accept as a brand new product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.
